Rapid tests for the determination of nitrite content in fresh / saltwater aquariums and marine ponds Nitrit are a toxic nitrogen compound that occurs from disturbed bacterial balance or during the start-up of new aquariums. The test shows the exact nitrite content in the water.

Laboratory comparator system to compensate for water's own colour: fill the glass tubes with the water sample, add reagents in one tube, place both tubes in the holder and read the value on the color scale.

Application:

At start-up of freshwater aquariums: daily for 3 weeks
At the start of saltwater aquariums: once a week
In the case of fish diseases or fish death
