Aquarium plant in small coconut fibre pot, packed in breathable self-service packaging. Lobelia cardinalis is found wild in North America and forms close groups of stems. Each 10-30 cm height and 5-10 cm width. In the nursery this plant is grown on swamp. Here it develops dark green leaves with violet undersides. In the aquarium the leaves become beautiful light green.

The plant is widely used in Dutch aquariums, where it is part of the so-called "plant leaves." In open aquariums it grows up over the water surface, where it gets very beautiful cardinal flowers, and at the same time the leaves get the color again. Can be used as a plant in the garden frame.
